Adare Dermatology operates a strict booking policy to protect both our doctors, staff and our customers.

For customers who cancel 48 hours in advance, there is no charge for cancellations. Online booking cancellations are also required to be 48 hours in advance. Cancellations must be made by telephone to 0203 769 3937  or email to info@adaredermatology.co.uk. 

If appointments are booked via our online bookings system, cancellations must be carried out through the online booking system.

In the event of a cancellation on the day of the appointment, Adare Dermatology reserves the right not to rearrange an appointment for the customer.

A fee of £100 will be applied in order to arrange an alternative appointment.

If a customer is on a course of treatment and does not show up for their appointment or does not cancel 48 hours in advance, they will automatically use up one of their treatments in the course.
