With over two decades of success running renowned dermatology clinics in Ireland, Dr. Naomi Mackle is now bringing her trusted expertise and cutting-edge approach to London. She earned her medical degree in Dublin and has gone on to achieve multiple specialist qualifications, including a prestigious Masters in Dermoscopy and Dermato-Preventive Oncology from the internationally recognised Graz University in Austria.
Dr. Mackle is passionate about the full spectrum of dermatology, but has a particular interest in hair loss, pigmentation disorders, scarring, and the management of complex skin conditions. She is also highly experienced in medical aesthetics, offering advanced, evidence-based treatments that complement and enhance skin health and appearance. She is a firm believer in combining science with the latest in medical technology, utilising advanced tools such as the Molemax Mole Mapping system, medical-grade lasers, and radio frequency microneedling to deliver results that are as effective as they are transformative.

Based now in London, she is thrilled to be closer to family and equally excited to contribute her warmth, expertise, and global insights to the Adare team.
Dr. Davey is exceptionally qualified, holding specialist certifications in advanced surgical techniques for skin cancerand other dermatological procedures. This equips her to deliver high-calibre, tailored care—grounded firmly in evidence-based practice. She is deeply passionate about early detection and proactive treatment of skin cancer, alongside comprehensive management of all skin conditions, always prioritising each patient’s unique journey.
